Dear Valued Customer,

The new European REACH legislation entered into force on June 1, 2007. Substances in volumes over one ton per year must be neither manufactured nor imported into the EU as neat products, mixtures or articles, unless they are registered.

Transitional periods are granted under the REACH Regulation for existing substances in order to perform comprehensive registration tasks. These transitional periods range from 3.5 to 11 years depending on volumes and certain health and environmental classifications. To benefit from these transitional periods, manufacturers/importers must pre-register a substance by the end of November 2008.

As the premier supplier of UHMW polymer sheets to the global market, TSE-OK Americas LLC  is committed to meet its obligations under REACH. We are happy to communicate our current plan to our customers.

First, our parent company plans to pre-register all relevant products on the European market. This will support customers who purchase products in Europe.

Simultaneously, TSE-OK Americas LLC would like to protect all US customers who export TSE-OK product(s) to Europe as neat products or in preparations / mixtures and articles.  If you are a direct exporter of TSE-OK sheet products to the European Union please complete and return the form below indicating the TSE-OK products and the volume that you export. The information you provide will be used by TSE-OK Americas LLC solely for the purpose of pre-registering our products.

Whether or not you directly export product to the European Union, please provide the contact information for your Regulatory Compliance Manager for future communication on this issue.
